想我大中华的美食，那必须是打遍世界无敌手！然而，作为中华小当家传人的我们，在向外国人介绍中华美食的时候，却往往总是一言难尽。所以各位烤鸭，专心看好今天这篇美食的文章，不仅可以提高雅思口语能力还可以为各位外国友人介绍中国的饮食文化。

　　和国外的美食一样，中国的美食可是有着固定的说法的，大家可不要混淆：

　　馄饨 Won ton, Hundun, Maoerduo（猫耳朵，天津名）, Baomian（包面，湖北名）, Yuntun（云吞，广东名）

　　烧麦、烧卖、烧梅 Saomai, Saomei, Steamed pork dumplings

　　汤包 Steamed dumpling filled with minced meat and gravy

　　窝窝头 Steamed corn bread

　　蒸饺 Steamed dumplings

　　粽子 Zongzi, Rice dumplings

　　春卷 Spring rolls, Chunjuan, Deep-fried spring rolls, Sushi spring rolls, Ham spring rolls

　　麻花 Chinese doughnut, Fried dough twist

　　麻团、煎堆 Fried glutinous rice balls with sesame, Deep-fried sesame seed ball

　　热干面 Spicy hot noodles, Hot-and-dry noodles, (Wuhan)Hot dry noodle with sesame paste

　　过桥米线 Yunnan rice noodles, Rice noodles with chicken soup

　　叫化鸡 Yellow mud roasted chicken

　　口水鸡 Steamed chicken with chili sauce

　　辣子鸡丁 Stir-fried chicken with green pepper

　　水煮牛肉 Boiled beef

　　当然，光是知道美食的名字是远远无法满足大家的，更何况在雅思口语的考场上，考官很可能让你们介绍当地美食。但是如果你对菜肴的做法不是很熟悉，那也没有问题，可以结合菜肴的历史，味道，以及原材料来进行描述，吃可是你们最擅长的事情之一。

　　例子：

　　烤鸭：

　　Today I'd like to tell you about one of the Chinese most famous dishes, kaoya. Generations of emperors and blue-blooded residents have set the standard for high-end Chinese cuisine. The city is famous for imperial cuisine, which uses only premium quality ingredients and is cooked with complex techniques.

　　The dish: A perfect kaoya is roasted to a reddish color; its skin remains crispy and the meat oozes a fruity flavor, you know, quite juicy.　　A whole roasted duck is typically served in two ways: the juicy meat and crispy skin are wrapped in mandarin pancakes with scallion, cucumber and hoisin sauce; and the bones are slow-cooked into a tasty soup.

　　历代皇帝和贵族早已为高端的中式烹饪设定了标准。北京这座城市因其皇家菜肴或是官菜闻名遐迩，这种菜肴仅选用上等食材佐料，并运用复杂的技巧烹饪而成。最棒的烤鸭烤至淡红色，表皮酥脆，至于鸭肉？你知道的，非常多汁。

　　一整只烤鸭有两种特色吃法：拿薄饼卷着肥美的鸭肉和酥脆的鸭皮，再搭配些青葱丝，黄瓜丝和海鲜酱；鸭骨架经慢火炖成美味的汤。

　　当然，如果你说不了这么多，那么起码你可以告诉考官，这些美食的基本做法。毕竟老外对美食的迷之喜欢。

　　辣子鸡：

　　La zi ji combines crispy chicken breast cubes with a fireplace of peppercorn, toasted sesame and dried bird's-eye chilies to create a plate of hot, red deliciousness.

　　辣子鸡是将酥脆的鸡胸脯块与干胡椒、芝麻和干辣椒一同翻炒，从而做出一盘子火辣辣红彤彤的美味。

　　烤羊腿：

　　This isn't the average meat-on-a-stick. It's an entire grilled sheep leg loaded with spices!

　　这不是平常说到的串在签子上的烤肉喔，这可是撒了佐料的一整只烤羊腿！
