出现不同种族融合的原因：

1）政府的支持，发放各式文件提供移民机会；

2）政治因素：难民到他国寻找庇护所，也就是国家在履行人道主义精神；

3）跨国籍结婚；

4）移民者有移民的意愿：更好的社会福利，享受更好的教育资源

1） The support from the government: The government encourages and welcomes immigrants, driving by the economic reason. They believe that their domestic economy can be improved through importing foreign labor. Therefore they provide different opportunities for aliens to merge into their own community by issuing a variety of documents, such as Green Cards and working visa.

2）The political factor: the government provides humanitarian aid to refugees.

3）Marriage union: some aliens can get access to be one of immigrants by marriage union.

4）The immigrants’ willingness:  some immigrant groups are driven to by the following factors: better social benefits, such as old-age pension and more advanced health systems; and better education resource. Some countries like the USA and the UK enjoys a lot of famous schools.

持积极态度的理由：

1）在维持民族自身文化特性及传统时也带去了多样的文化元素，在当地建起具有民族特色的庙宇，餐馆；

2) 移民者身上集中体现了具备多种技能，受过良好教育以及（或）具备工作经验等优势于一身，是不可多得的精英。

1) The cultures and traditions of one ethnic group enter into the nation too as their owner emigrates. In order to maintain their identity and traditions, they will build up all kinds of buildings of religions and culture, such as temples, restaurants with ethnic character.

2）Most of immigrants are eligible because they possess the combination of skills, educationand/or working experience, allowing them to work in phase and interact productively. So they can continue the economy growth.

持消极态度的理由可如下：

1）给政府管理带来挑战：社会：带来文化冲突，恐怖袭击等；

2）移民过程中需要适应新的文化环境，如果适应不了就难以融入社交圈；会给家庭成员带来伤害甚至是精神障碍；

3）原居民往往出于经济、文化自卫，会歧视其他种族，这对移民者来说是个大挑战

1）It takes time to immerge culturally into the local community. And not all the foreign cultures elements are favorable by the local residents. It will bring culture shocks even terrorist incidentsto the society.

2) It will be a painful experience for some family members. For it is a tough task for immigrants toadapt to a new environment and living style. If they failed to cope with the challenges above, family members would suffer from distance to the local social circle and psychological troubles.

3) Discrimination is an inescapable existence. Some local citizens hold unwillingness to accept other ethnic groups in consideration of protection of their own culture identity.
